Well furnished living/dining room with two double bedrooms one with double bed and second with twin single beds. This bedroom has en-suite shower room and also patio doors leading to the rear terraced area where you have dining facilities for al fresco dining, BBQ and sunbathing to soak up the sun. There is a second shower room with laundry facilities, to the side of the other double bedroom. Fully equipped open plan kitchen area to the side of the lounge/ dining area. To the front there is a terrace which has seating and views over the pool area and the Mediterranean sea. There is a meter for the use of the aircon. This will be charged with 10 euro per week for your use, but if you use that up then you will need to top up the meter.

There are shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. The nearest supermarket is Unidad which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a tourist train that will take you to the beach and supermarkets and around the area.

The city of Alicante, with many large shops and malls, is only a short taxi/bus ride away

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short walk from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
