Self catering first floor apartment located at the top of the hill beside the Unidad Supermarket on Urbanisation Monte Y Mar. Fantastic views over the Bay of Alicante. The communal swimming pool is located a short walk to the rear of the property. Twenty minutes walk to the beach with supermarkets,restaurants/bars, ten minutes walk.

The apartment, comprises of a small hallway on entering with stairs leading to the open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. To the left of the lounge at rear is a double bedroom with twin single beds with wardrobes. To the front is a second double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. To the right side of the lounge is a small passageway leading to the family bathroom with shower over bath, and third bedroom with single bed and wardrobes

To the front of the property from the lounge patio doors is a small terraced area ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. A short walk to the the communal swimming pool with seperate child pool, shower and sun bathing area.

The property is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing enjoyable family holiday

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short walk from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
