There is a patio door leading to a small outside galleria area. To the front is the second double bedroom with king size bed and wardrobe. To the right side of the lounge is a small passageway leading to the family bathroom with shower over bath. The property offers full air conditioning throughout. There is a meter installed for the use of the air conditioning. It will be charged with funds for your use. It all of that is used up then you will need to top up the meter.

To the front of the property is a small terraced area ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. Down the steps to the front terraced are where you can soak up the sun, or enjoy a BBQ. The communal swimming pool with separate child pool, shower and sun bathing are is just to the side of the property

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning which is located down the hill by the GABE market, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
