Five bedroom detached villa with large private swimming pool which can be heated for an extra fee if required. Air conditioning throughout. Four bathrooms, Wi-Fi, pool table, private parking. Beautiful gardens surrounding the villa make this perfect for a family holiday. There is access to the driveway via an automatic door.

Outside around the pool area is an outside Kitchen, BBQ area, Sun loungers around the pool, seating to the side of the kitchen. Pergola for shade and seating around the table for al fresco dining.

On entering the villa you are in a small hallway which has cupboards to one side where you Will find the laundry facilities and kitchen utensils. The lounge and kitchen are all open plan. This leads to a front terraced area which has been closed in and has study facilities. This leads down the stairs to the pool area.

To the left of the lounge there are two double bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and there is a shower room to the side of the second bedroom.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This leads onto the solarium where you have views all over the area, to the mountains and sea.

To the side of the entrance there is a stairway leading to the basement area. The lounge area has a corner sofa and a pool table. There are a further two double bedrooms with a large shower room.

The property is located on the hillside in the Monte y Mar area of Gran Alacant. The shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and it is a short transfer from the Alicante airport to the villa.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short walk from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
